Company Information
Fencing Australia Pty Ltd was established in August 2000 by Norm and Sue Thomas with its core focus to provide security fencing services to government departments.
Since then the organisation has invested in its people, resources and systems in order to provide its clients with the level of confidence they need to develop long term working partnerships with Fencing Australia.
Starting with rural and chain mesh fencing to government departments the company has grown steadily and built a reputation for quality delivery.
In recent years Fencing Australia has expanded its skill and expertise to provide high security fencing to the defence, transport, telecommunications and justice organisations.
With a highly developed subcontractor and supplier base and a strong focus on project management Fencing Australia considers fencing to be an integral part of the civil build.
The company’s goal is to develop partnership arrangements with its clients and to be an integral part of the infrastructure build taking place in the defence, transport, telecommunications and civil construction industries.
WHS
As a prime contractor Fencing Australia has the systems in place to ensure site specific safety plans are developed and implemented for all projects.
As a sub-contractor the company has extensive experience working within its client’s specific safety systems as well as the ability to implement a security fencing specific HIRAC process in conjunction with other PCBU’s working on-site.
Quality Management
Fencing Australia will take the time to ensure the quality requirements of all projects are developed from specifications, as agreed with the client, included in project specific Inspection and Test Plans. Fencing Australia staff are informed and trained on your quality requirements and performance is regularly checked through site inspections and quality audits.
Fencing Australia’s Quality Management system provides a formal process to ensure delivery of a quality fence on time and within budget.
Environmental Management
As a prime contractor Fencing Australia has Environmental Management systems in place to ensure it meets the site specific environmental requirements of fencing projects.
As a sub-contractor Fencing Australia ensures it is fully aware of the environmental issues associated with each project and will comply with its client’s site specific EMS at all times.
